The Technical Operations Centre, an infrastructure facility, is not only in regards to functionality but also design an exemplary, modern, industrial building. Two parallel arranged building blocks, one heated and the other not conditioned, flank a glass overed open hall that serves as a logistic and loading space for the delivery and service vehicles. The building's envelope,made of galvanized expanded metal, consolidates the different functional spaces, namely the storage, parking and administration spaces, to a singular entity.
