Garage

Transformation of a three-part garage building through targeted interventions that remain imperceptible in the closed state. A new, internal thermal shell as well as the installation of household technical provisions enables a novel, open-use constellation. The garage doors remain in their original state optically. The new glass façade takes up the rhythm of the garage doors, but remains an independent element thanks to the centrally positioned crossbar. The sanitary and storage areas are bundled in the middle segment and are accessible for all three units.
